Our Management Team
Rob is the President and Founder of Built-Rite Homes. He takes a hands on approach to the business and is involved in all aspects of operations. Rob has a technical education in Transportation (Civil) Engineering Technology and a Degree in Environmental Sciences. He possesses strong project management skills and customer service background. Rob works with all of Built-Rite Homes' clients directly, ensuring they are happy throughout the entire building process.
Sean has spent numerous years working in new home construction. He is responsible for all day-to-day construction activities including project scheduling, detailed project costing and estimating, customer liaison, and management of all on-site activities. He is detail-oriented and a very strong communicator, which is critical to our success.
Customer Care Coordinator
Terry has spent many years as a co-owner of a commercial roofing company. He is responsible for keeping our financial, contractual, and administrative "house" in order. This entails close contact with our clients, banks and lawyers. In addition, Terry coordinated various aspects of our after sales, warranty program and BuiltGreen program.
Interior/Exterior Design Coordinator
Lynn works with our clients to coordinate all exterior and interior design decisions that need to be made from start to finish when building a new home. Her job is to ensure our clients' experience is stress free and enjoyable. Lynn's design and decorating ideas for our show homes have resulted in us receiving a Silver Tommie Award in 2013 and a Gold Tommie Award in 2014.
